    As a member of the census team, I was responsible for several important tasks that contributed to the success of the project. One of my primary duties involved training census enumerators and supervisors on how to conduct enumerations, report their findings, and maintain ethical standards throughout the process. This was a critical component of the project, as it ensured that the data, we collected was accurate, reliable, and unbiased.In addition to my training responsibilities, I also provided IT support services at the Mufulira District site. This involved troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring that the necessary technology was functioning properly. It was a challenging role, but one that I found very rewarding, as I was able to use my technical expertise to help ensure the success of the project.Another important aspect of my role involved creating reports and assisting with the registration of enumerators and supervisors with ZamStarts HQ. This involved compiling and organizing data related to the census project and ensuring that all relevant individuals were properly registered and prepared to carry out their duties. It was a meticulous task, but one that I felt was important to the overall success of the project.Finally, I played a key role in coordinating census field works in the Mokambo and Murundu zones. This involved overseeing the activities of enumerators and supervisors, ensuring that they were following established procedures and protocols, and addressing any issues that arose in the field. It was a challenging role, but one that I found very fulfilling, as I was able to see the impact of our work firsthand.

    As a member of the Examination Council of Zambia team, I was responsible for accurately capturing data for the national assessment program using the CS-Pro App. This involved entry of learners, teachers, and headteachers data from various schools throughout the country and ensuring that the data we collected was comprehensive and reliable. To achieve this, we carefully evaluated source documents to locate needed information and corrected any data entry errors to prevent duplication or degradation of the data.In addition to my data capture responsibilities, I carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently. This included managing documents by organizing forms, making photocopies, preparing correspondence, and creating reports. These tasks required a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, but I found them to be very rewarding as they contributed to the success of the program.Overall, I feel proud to have been a part of the team that helped to gather important data for the national assessment program in Zambia. Our collective efforts ensured that the data was accurate and reliable, and will serve as a valuable resource for educators and policymakers alike.

    As a member of the Gulani Technologies Limited team, I played an instrumental role in building predictive models using machine learning tools like Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, etc., to predict the possibility of equipment failure. This involved analyzing historical data and testing data prediction algorithms to develop accurate models. Additionally, I developed and trained a credit risk prediction model using machine learning models like Random Forest Classifier, Logistic Regression, k-fold, etc., from the Scikit-learn Python library.Another important aspect of my role involved writing, training, and testing a linear regression sales prediction model to forecast sales growth for Gulani Technologies' computer accessories and service store. This was an essential task that involved collaborating with business-unit leaders to identify and prioritize problems and working with business intelligence software and various reports to glean insights into trends and prospects.In addition to my technical responsibilities, I utilized React for its efficient data flow architecture to create a lightweight and render-efficient web app. I was involved in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, development, system and integration testing. I also handled cross-browser/platform compatibility issues on both Windows and Mac OS platforms.Throughout my time at Gulani Technologies Limited, I identified, analyzed, and interpreted trends or patterns in complex data sets. I was able to translate technical terms into easy-to-understand language to explain the operation of systems to customers. These tasks required a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    As a team member at Secbluewave Inc, I played an important role in developing pre-release software projects by collaborating with project managers to select ambitious but realistic coding milestones. I also coordinated with project management on database development timelines to ensure that our work was completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, I designed customized solutions for proposals to potential customers and played an integral role in the development of cross-platform native and hybrid mobile applications for IOS and Android.One of my most significant achievements was designing and developing an exam question bank android app, which required me to work with APIs to connect to 3rd party APIs (like social media) and to be involved in the unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. I also wrote server-side and client-side code for the afriserve.net and Twatemwa Primary School projects using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically with bootstrap framework. In this role, I created workflow diagrams and Gantt charts to clearly demonstrate processes and timelines and configured hardware, devices, and software to set up workstations for employees.Throughout my time at Secbluewave Inc, I was also responsible for patching software and installing new versions to eliminate security problems and protect data. This was an essential task that required a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.Overall, I am proud to have been a part of the team at Secbluewave Inc and believe that our collective efforts were instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. My experience working on complex software projects, designing customized solutions, and collaborating with project management will continue to serve me well in future endeavors.
