As Vice President at Korn Ferry, reporting directly to the Managing Director, I spearheaded initiatives to drive, expand, and retain Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) revenue in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. Managing large talent acquisition teams of over 200 employees, my responsibilities included providing onsite recruitment support to a diverse range of large clients.In my capacity as Vice President, I also held responsibility for overseeing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) sales function across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This involved actively driving efforts to secure new business while simultaneously focusing on client retention strategies, all geared towards achieving and surpassing revenue growth targets. My role encompassed implementing effective sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a sustainable pipeline of new opportunities to contribute to the overall success and expansion of the RPO business in the ANZ region.

Responsible for managing the Talent Delivery Centre for the ANZ region, a team of over 100 sourcing specialists delivering sourcing and administration support to all our key RPO clients across ANZ. These clients include Fonterra, Jetstar, Nike, Cummins, Asahi, Aon, Perpetual, NZ Post, MSD, DSM, PayPal, Avnet, nbn, ING Direct, iCare, AGL, IXOM and Stockland. Along side this role, I am the Client Director for the NZ Post RPO solution, as well as the Vodafone NZ solution providing strategic Talent Acquisition support across these businesses.
