    My work includes assisting clients with:• Buying and selling a business, including relevant documents such as sale agreement and shareholder agreements;• Managing a business including leasing and preparing documentation such as policies, terms & conditions;• IP matters including protection and licensing; and• Employment contracts and disputes, and advice on a range of employment issues including pay issues, restraints of trade, misconduct and redundancy.Since I started at SHG I have developed expertise in the firm's superannuation team.
