Order Processing Coordinators at Evertz Microsystems have their hands in almost every facet of the business. Firstly, we must review the customers purchase orders thoroughly to fully understand what the customer wants and needs. Then, we enter the customers information into the system accurately and efficiently into the database. Customer Order Coordinators use their communication skills to communicate with the customer, Sales Administration, Inside Sales, Sales Representatives, Logistics, Accounting and Production. We use our organizational and teamwork abilities in order to get these orders out in a timely manner to the customer. My other duties include logging the extended warranty on orders where the customer has purchased additional extended warranty for the units they have purchased. Also, I send customers licenses they have purchased. Lastly, I process commissioning, finders fees, and rebates for Sales Representatives and dealers.     My responsibilities at Alpine Village included thoroughly cleaning every cabin that has checked out in my section for the day. This included cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms from the bottom to the top. Then, making the beds was next priority. Finally, we then would dust the entire place and the vacuum and mop the floors. If the guests were staying over night we would go into their cabins and do the exact same thing as stated above. If they were home we would knock on their doors and ask them politely if they wanted anything for the day. This required great costumer service and people skills because part of the reason some of the guests come back every summer is because of the friendly staff.

I wrote these posts in order to communicate to the public that Cheer Evolution had events coming up. As an intern I also would conduct research on other charity campaigns other businesses would do in order to gain attention from the public and get them to participate. I would send my research over to my bosses and explain how we can use these techniques to help promote our cheer-leading events for charity.
