At 15, I founded the first-ever media company run by and for young disabled people, where we aim to shift the narrative of disability in mainstream media and place young disabled people in positions of power. We do this through creating honest & representative pieces of content of our community, such as through reporting & content creation on all mediums. We also offer consulting / strategy services; we partner and work with companies who want to better understand & speak with the disability community in their campaigns and products. We have worked with companies such as Instagram, Gucci, Google, Twitter, Comcast, Vice, and more. Because of our work & impact, we have been recognized by companies such as The New York Times, Yahoo News, Allure, and Vogue Australia. Disney+ also told my story of creating Cripple on the show, Growing Up, in our episode titled "Emily."

Served on the board advisory team for Chalk Back, an international youth-led movement committed to ending gender-based street harassment and violence with public chalk art, digital media and education. Since their founding in 2016, they have grown organically into an intersectional feminist collective of more than 150 young activists in 50 countries on 6 continents, with a collective following of more than 210,000 people on Instagram. As board advisors, we supported the organization in providing mission-based leadership and mentorship on strategic issues.

Worked as an undergrad research assistant for the Center studying computational propaganda. We studied the intersections of political communications and social media, and how users may be manipulated by algorithms and disinformation tactics from political groups online. In 2022, I co-authored a paper that used mixed methods to show how community leaders from civil society organizations are coping with the disinformation spread in Latinx and Asian communities in the US.
