I worked with my Co-Head of Recruitment to plan and facilitate the Recruitment process for our 6 National Panhellenic Conference sororities at Gettysburg College. This involved mentoring and managing over 200 Potential New Members (PNMs), 6 Recruitment Chairs (1 from each sorority chapter), and 12 Recruitment Guides. I coordinated individual chapter recruitment events and created several Meet the Greeks events throughout the semester, followed by planning for a three-day formal recruitment process in the Fall. Other responsibilities included promoting growth of individual chapters and encouraging the highest academic, social, and moral standards. I assisted in public relations, as well as established strong working relationships with fraternity and sorority advisors. I strengthened friendships, harmony, and unity among members, chapters, faculty, administration, and campus groups. In addition, I designed and ordered t-shirts, market the recruitment events and Go Greek campaigns, student outreach and diversity inclusion plans, managed the budget, and served on the Panhellenic Council Executive Board. This position included a paid on-campus job with the Student Activities and Greek Life Office.
