    Study and conclude loans and grants agreements on behalf of the Egyptian government with external lenders and granters. This includes : Study the financial terms of the draft agreements.  Negotiate with the lending financial institurions regarding the financial and legal terms. Coordinate with the concerned ministries and borrowing entities regarding the required financial, legal and constitutional procedures.Experience in other areas :- 2010/2012 : Managing the guarantees issued by the Ministry of Finance to the CBE in favour of the General Authority for Supply Commodities.- 2004/2010 : Foreign Payments Division , Foreign Dept. ( The daily CBE's FX rates , CBE's foreign currency inflows&outflows , the 10% reserve requirements of the local banks' customers' foreign currency deposits).- 1994/2003 : Investment Division , Foreign Dept. ( Studying proposals from foreign financial institutions to act as external fund managers,and preparing the relevant draft agreements ).- 1984-1993 : External Debt Dept.
