I set the strategy and direct the delivery of internal and external communications for Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain function. Sitting on the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, I provide executives and senior management strategic communications advice, develop thought leadership content, and ensure employees and external audiences are connected to the Schneider Electric global supply chain story. Our story is compelling because we use our own technologies and solutions to create a world-recognized supply chain.The global leader in energy management and automation, Schneider's 2022 revenue was €34 billion, and its Global Supply Chain function is 80,000 people strong. In 2023 Schneider Electric ranked #1 in the Gartner Top 25 Supply Chain.AchievementsDeveloped the creative expression of the new three-year supply chain transformation program, IMPACT Supply Chain. This is the first time the supply chain program aligned to the company story.Led the upskilling and reskilling of the team from an exclusively internal communications function to a high performing team effectively covering both internal and external communications.Developed and executed thought leadership program for Chief Supply Chain Officer and GSC Leaders, gaining Tier 1 media coverage.Led Supply Chain narrative and thought leadership opportunities with World Economic Forum, deepening relationships.Achieved Leadership Versatility Index 90% in top 12.5% of all leaders surveyed, within and outside the company.

Onboarding was done remotely due to the impact of COVID-19 - team met over 50 key contacts across the business within first 8 weeks.Led the Communications stream of the Business Continuity Steering Committee during the COVID-19 crisis. Employee feedback was overwhelmingly positive on our communications approach – 81% of employees in Australia said communication from their Country President was effective, and 95% of Australian employees said they had effective and enough communication to help them engage with their customers.Launched new digital employee event kick-off experience.
