As a head project manager who had an obligation to ensure effectiveness in the development and implementation process for company's first digital product: aTEST – an Integral Information System for Car Inspection Stations – a system developed in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Communication and Transportation of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to make a unique and integral database of technical characteristics of each registered vehicle in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: - Successfully lead and supported a team of program managers/scrum masters to ensure adherence to the internal process and procedures and to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;- Successfully lead two locations: a group of young but very dedicated professional software developers, telecommunication, QAs and DevOps experts who ventured out to deliver a very complex system with high demand goals that was a Sarajevo-based team of 22 people and Zenica-based team of six people with multiple roles including information security, transport experts and support;- Implementation of Scrum and Kanban methodology;- Focused on each team member's professional development, performance, and career plans the people fluctuation rate 0 points;- Achieved a 75% increase in team size while keeping retention rate at 94.5% in 2Y;- Supported implementations of internal processes, standardization, and act as both adviser and internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001;As a team, we achieved that the aTEST was the first web-based system implemented as an e-government project in FBiH the first information system which includes a video surveillance system with automatic plate number recognition and certified as ISO/IEC 27001:2005 system, as the first information system in Bosnia and Herzegovina that respects its norms.
