Gaining necessary political support, accomplishing an environmental impact study, signing contracts for land acquisition, obtaining generation license and grid connection agreement, negotiating of EPC contract in just 12 months with Kaishan Group. • Skilfully represented TTG towards Turkish energy market institutions including all relevant ministries, the energy market regulatory authority, state high voltage grid authority, state privatisation agency, state planning institute and others. Building strong relationships that facilitated the company’s ability to operate effectively in the local energy industry.• Led the merger of Transmark Renewables BV's Turkish affiliates, consolidating them under the unified framework of TTG. This strategic move significantly increased capital infusion into the TTG entity.• Actively participated in the engineering design of the geothermal power plant and reservoir management.
