• Studied P53 Polymorphisms in 16bp intron 3 among Iranian esophageal carcinoma patients, which gained significant results by direct DNA sequencing.• Investigated COX-2 polymorphisms among Iranian ethnic groups via PCR- RFLP analysis, which represented that G allele frequency was significantly higher than C allele that could increase the risk of cancer.• Performed Immunohistochemistry tests on colon tissues; detected P53 protein accumulation played an important role in developing colon cancer.

• Determined cytogenetic damage expressed as micronuclei (MN) in pre-implantation mouse embryos after parental gamma-irradiation that gained significant results for MN abnormalities via micronucleus assay. • Examined the protective effect of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) on the frequency of MN, which illustrated effective results in 100 mg/kg dosage for reducing abnormalities. • Created media and reagents following procedures. • Prepared slides of embryonic cells for microscopic analysis (MN assay), provided perfect experience in Giemsa- staining technique and microscopic analysis.• Lectured the achievements of experience in several congress including14th World Congress in Montreal, Canada• Assisted for data analysis using Rate ratio and Fisher exact tests to determine MN abnormalities.• Carried out experiments with animals to include care, injection and feeding, and cleaning.
