      This job was intense season work which required me to work 12-hour days for long periods of time depending on the weather. This allowed my strong work ethic to shine. This job required me to be in close proximity to myself and 4 others and forced our group to understand the importance of teamwork. This job was both physically demanding and labour-intensive as we were required to shovel grain and clean up the site when needed. On the other hand, this job required logistics and the application of correct procedures so that there were no mistakes along the process. While this job had minimal work/ life balance I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this organisation and made lifelong friends.
