    I work with hospitals that are installing Meditech, adding additional modules, or upgrading their Meditech version. I facilitate the projects by supporting the implementation teams in learning the software applications and also help with system building. I have extensive experience with several modules including Patient Care System (PCS), Physician Desktop (PAPD), Pharmacy, Order Management (OM), Community Wide Scheduling (CWS), Imaging (ITS), and Care/Risk Management. I am also experienced with all of the above modules in Meditech Expanse and have taught the physician module in Expanse at multiple hospitals in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and California. Although I miss working on a nursing unit sometimes, consulting allows me to facilitate the delivery of quality care and user-friendly, improved work flow processes for clinicians via software modification/augmentation.

    Managed a 50 bed Medical-Surgical Unit with 63 staff.It was a wonderful opportunity to work with an incredible staff and manage a nearly million dollar remodel of the unit. The remodel was focused on providing staff and patients with a beautiful environment in which to work and heal.
