Oversee opening and closing duties of pools; ensuring cleanliness, supplies were stocked and adequate for anticipated number of patrons. Constant review of staffing to ensure guidelines for safe pool operation are met, and personally back fill positions from lifeguard to manger when under staffed. Efficient in Microsoft Office; using Excel for scheduling and organization information, Word for creating documents and advertising. Reviewed time sheets for accuracy, approved and sent to Parks and Recreation. On high volume days or in case of large parties in attendance, remained “on call” in case of any emergencies or high priority issues.

Learned to use Rec-Trac software with very little supervision. Rec-Trac is used to book parties, keep information for future reference, and store records of class attendance.
