The Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) is a consortium of states working together to provide high-quality summer reading program materials for children at the lowest cost possible for their public libraries. We produce a fully-integrated program for our customers, who include over 13,000 public libraries in all 50 states as well as internationally. As the Teen Manual Committee Chair, I work closely with the editor of the manual as well as the CSLP office and the manual committee to produce a 200 page manual organized around a different theme each year. • Manage requirements changes through a formally defined scope change process• Coordinate manual requirements and parameters• Obtain input from subject matter experts• Align deliverables with organizational goals and practices• Communicate to internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, editors, writers and customers, via written and oral communication methodsAs a member of the Board, I am responsible for planning, coordinating, communicating and managing all CSLP activities.
