Any suspicious fraudulent applications to be immediately reported to the management.•Recommend ways to continuously improve the process & increase efficiency while reducing the turn-around-time.

Job Summary Process of UAE Tele-Verification (TV) for all new cards acquisition adequately and as per BIV (Basic Info-Verification) policy, ensure all of assigned applications are actioned properly and all positive outcome applications to be proceeded to Credit team. All negative outcome applications to be reattempted after addressing the gap and clarifying the discrepancy. Detailed Action and Responsibility•Establish a contact with new applicants on their mobile, home, and office and validate their details.•Verify accuracy and ensure all positive (TV) Tele-Verification forms filled, application is completed; and stamped prior processing the application.•Carefully listening to the speaker on the other end, capture all information provided in the form, pay attention to the background and compile the overall impression of the call and highlight any suspicion/concern.•Ensure noting any observed remarks in the TV form to be considered by the Credit team while reviewing the application for approval.•Ensure Tele-Verification Tracker sheet is updated on daily basis with applicant's contacting attempts; this is checked on a daily basis to ensure no invalid/unacceptable delay in processing the application.•Ensure vigilance reviewing of all applications and immediate reporting of any suspicion.Additional Task •Monitoring and tracking UAE Fraud disputes on daily basis. •Updating UAE Charge back tracker on regular basis.•Continuous follow-up with all involved merchants for instant response on each inquiry. Critical tasks •Ensure authentic & proper verification is done for all new applicants as per policy.•Listening to the monitored calls with my superior randomly to get feedback on the quality of calls done; and address any gaps for improvement of future calls quality. •Robust control to be in place on entire process stages to avoid application fraud.
