    As part of the Office of Integrated Healthcare Delivery, I support and manage the development of clinical service lines that integrate multidisciplinary services across the Johns Hopkins enterprise. My duties include the management of cross-functional teams focusing on clinical program design, operational and financial integration, marketing, and data analytics. Within each of these areas, I manage projects including diagnosis and referral guidelines, integrated clinic operations, and KPI development and monitoring. I have completed the Leadership in Analytics and Data Science (LEADS) program and regularly interface with data stewards across the Johns Hopkins Medicine enterprise.

    In this role, I led the negotiations and contracting of collaboration and consulting agreements with prominent private sector companies in the areas of technology-enabled health education, biostatistics, and clinical delivery, and supported the evaluation, negotiation, and contracting with 15 additional collaborators. I also managed the development of an expanded model for delivering comprehensive primary care to high-needs, high-risk patients in the Johns Hopkins system, project managing a wide array of activities, including coordinating stakeholders across JHM departments and business unities and authoring executive briefings, financial analyses, and presentations. Additionally, I supported the development of additional care models focusing on transplant management, and pre- and post-surgical management of surgical candidates with metabolic syndrome. Outside of my core duties outlined above, I also led the implementation of Salesforce and other business technologies within BDSA, improving the group’s transparency, efficiency, and integration with the institution’s other business development groups. Finally, I ensured the department’s data usage was in compliance with institutional policies as a Deputy Privacy Liaison in the Data Privacy and Protection Program (DP3).

    I supported various aspects of business development and stakeholder relations, including grant writing, reporting, and compliance. I authored grant applications that raised over $2m for the organization, including individual federal awards as large as $800k. I also managed the organization's Intern Program, helping over 40 companies source, hire, and oversee more than 55 interns each year. Finally, I provided transitional support in the implementation and management of new programs and initiatives developed through the receipt of successful grant awards.
