    COSMOS is a 3-week summer program in which I educated gifted high school students in a friendly yet stern manner. Explained the ROBOT-C language and taught students to build and program LEGO robots to perform intricate tasks such as being able to make drip coffee, play the memory game “Simon”, and pick up trash and deposit into a trashcan (20+ distinct complex tasks). Introduced lessons in physics, computer science, and mathematics so that students would have a fundamental understanding of thephysical and computational limitations of their robots. Held after-hour project sessions. Summer 2020 was canceled due to the pandemic, and Summer 2021 was held remotely via Zoom and Canvas.
