Key Stakeholders (education, religious leaders, media, NGOs), have signed 3 Communiqués committing their organizations to support the MVC. b. Religious leaders in more than 31 states were engaged and were helping in resolving non-compliance. c. Seventy (70) national and state-based Radio/TV Stations; 12 newspapers have reported positively about the MVC activities. d. Lions Clubs, JICA, the Red Cross as well as Paediatric/ Medical Associations made donations and participated in the campaign.4. Enhanced C4D Capacity of health workers (HW) and health educators (HE).a. Health educators in the 36 states and the FCT were trained and used their improved IPC knowledge and skills for rumour mitigation during the campaign. 5. Development / Production plans, IEC materials and tools: The following plans, materials and tools were developed / produced; a. A multi-sectoral ACSM plan for the MVCb. A national crisis communication plan.c. A contingency communication plan in preparation for possible measles outbreak in 2018.6. IEC materials were timely produced and distributed.
