    Rotational Analyst Program completing rigorous 6-month rotations through various desks within SPT’s REIS platform focused on CMBS lending, investing and servicing. Rotations included Surveillance - Portfolio Management, Investment Management and Starwood Mortgage Capital – Loan Originations. Tasks included financial modeling, underwriting and property valuation of over $857 million of new issuance CMBS acquisitions and $100 million of secondary market CMBS bond acquisitions of retail, multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, office, MHC and industrial assets across the US as well as conducting deal performance reviews for 30 CMBS deals (2,760 loans; UPB $13.5BB) to identify potential property level credit issues to prevent defaults and minimize loss severities across SPT’s portfolio.
