    I provide services to attorneys at all stages in their careers who want to become more successful and satisfied. I focus a great deal of my practice on the problems that solo attorneys encounter. I work individually with them to uncover their needs and then help formulate solid plans for growth and development. I have been able to use my experience as a successful associate and solo attorney with 33 years experience to assist attorneys in attaining their unique and specific goals.I also speak, give seminars and presentations and write for lawyers. In addition, I am available for a free half hour coaching session to find out if we are a good "fit". Many attorneys have availed themselves of this service which has proved helpful in giving them a solid start to making the decision to start the coaching "journey".

    I started my solo practice on April 15, 1987 because I felt if the IRS could get rich on that day, so could I. I found that it was a lot of hard work and sometimes rich was just doing good for your clients but I ran a full service, boutique firm which employed 5-7 people practicing Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Immigration for 20 years. It was very rewarding but after my move to Santa Cruz, I have dedicated myself to coaching attorneys and that's been Great!!!!!During this time I also became a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Bar Association and have completed over 300 mediations to date. I presently still act as a Court Mediator for the Monterey Superior Court and will accept private mediations.

    Although I have coached solo attorneys as well as individuals within law firms for some time, I have recently expanded that service to include the Law Firm's participation. Law Firms can now offer coaching benefits to their attorneys which will, in turn,provide the Law Firm with another way to grow. After all, each attorney within a law firm needs to have the same knowledge that a solo learns in managing his/her career. Marketing, business development and all the many other skills are necessary to contribute both to an attorney's career as well as the framework in which he/she works!I have a new website which contains all the details.Additionally, I am available to Law Firms now for full length presentations.
