    Banja LaMtsogolo is a leading Sexual Reproductive Health Services provider in Malawi, focused on delivering services to people most in need, primarily women living in hard-to-reach rural and urban areas and young people. In charge of the Programmes Department and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsibilities included: - Overall management of BLM's donor funded projects (DFID/FCDO, USAID, Norad, UNFPA, EC, and foundations), including development and management of budgets, logframes and work plans, donor reporting, proposal design and development. - Marketing and Demand Generation Team: comprised of both office and field staff, as well as a network of 400+ community volunteers. Managing the design and implementation of BLM's marketing strategies, from community level demand generation activities, to production of print materials and mass media campaigns, with a focus on increasing adolescent up take of contraception. - Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Team: tracking programme and project performance indicators, roll out of annual Client Exit Interviews of 700+ clients, mystery client surveys and data validation processes. - Advocacy Team: responsible for external relations and advocacy team which had notable successes in 2020 in supporting greater access to safe services in Malawi.
