    At LK Group, I took over complete control of the art direction, design and production for all property related work. As the sole gate-keeper, I was able to control all roll-outs of digital assets and print design materials. I am very proud that these were all completed on time, within budget, on brand and to the highest standard of quality possible. My previous experience working as a brand specialist allowed me to raise the bar for LK's branding solutions and property campaigns. I had an outstanding result from two flagship campaigns: ‘Simply Magnificent’ for 88 Melbourne, and ‘Own Luxury’ for Capital Grand. These were entirely custom campaigns, created solely by me from the ground up with a single cohesive message and set a new standard in LK. In my role, I am responsible for bridging marketing and design departments, and reporting on all the latest property related research results, marketing trends and design solutions to harmonise LK's direction. Finally, I successfully created a new brand for Frankly Agency, and have developed an easy to use and professional brand guidelines, proposal and presentation template.Key Achievements• Designed and developed over 50 landing pages using the Unbounce platform. Additionally, I reduced the load on our web developers through having basic HTML and CSS skills, which came in useful when customising Unbounce.• Pioneered the creation of downloadable investment reports and property brochures, which were attached to all property related landing pages. This significantly increased conversions for our EDMs.• Ensured all content roll-outs are correct and consistent across all assets. Including Gmail advertisements, EDMs, display banners and landing pages.• Handled all print work from design to deliverables, including brochures, flyers, booklets, pull-up banners, signage, hoardings and billboards.• Produced proposals, press ads, online banners, game day programs & screens, and keyway artwork for NBL.

Additionally I managed the design and production of the company's user-friendly e-commerce website, which provided a direct link between R&R and the customers. Successfully managed and completed client projects under extremely tight deadlines, consequently establishing a trusting relationship with clients. Some of which comprised work for Enoteca Sileno, PAMPAS Pastry Cookbook for Goodman Fielder, Slow Cooking Cookbook for Sunbeam and GLAD Bake & Cooking Paper Cookbook for Clorox.
