    My practice includes personal succession planning including the succession of control of trusts, superannuation death benefit nominations, probate and estate administration, and tax strategies related to estate and succession planning. I am committed to assisting my clients navigate through their succession planning issues and goals, in often difficult circumstances. I take the time to listen to my clients' unique needs and concerns, and fully understanding their current and future situations that may arise or impact them. In forming recommendations, I explore options and strategies and present my clients with choices that identify the benefits and downsides of each option.During my career I have worked with clients in the early stages of growing their wealth through to high net wealth individuals and families. I also have worked with a number of clients who are US citizens, US citizens with a non-US citizen partner, or have substantial assets in the USA. I am a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and hold the TEP designation, an Associate Member of the Tax Institute and a member of the NSW Law Society. I have been listed as a recommended lawyer in the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 listing of leading New South Wales Wills, Estates & Succession Planning Lawyers.
