In this role I work in the Corporate business line of the ATO, specialising in video production using Agile methodologies. I am a technical expert in all aspects of video production including filming, lighting and editing.I am responsible for leading projects from large scale film shoots to webcasts, delivering high quality video products that clients are proud to use to represent the ATO. I deliver engaging presentations onscreen, and provide accurate specialist advice and recommendations to clients.I strive to continuously improve my skills and those of the team. My proactive strategic thinking led me to initiate a regular skill sharing training series to build and share knowledge within the team. Through initiatives like this, I help my team to foster collaboration, develop innovative strategies and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

In this position I created high quality video for the university’s social media, websites, YouTube and online education. My major contributions to this role have been: - Share ANU video content with external media outlets, including ABC News and Discovery Channel - Implement procedures to build YouTube audience and increased subscribers by 13% in less than 6 months - Built strong relationships across the university to enable a large resource pool to draw upon- Support and train staff in video production techniques, expanding the skill base of the university- Work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines, producing an average of three videos a week while also providing multimedia support to staff across the university- One of my videos was the all time favourite of the year at close to 20k views and still rising.
