Manage and Grow IIRR country Programs.Ensure quality programming and implementation that responds to the needs of vulnerable communities. Bridge current short/medium-term recovery, and develop a longer-term strategy in the current context of South Sudan.Continually validate and develop programs and strategies, based on field reality and new funding opportunities. Develop and implement innovative approaches to increase IIRR profile and visibility in South Sudan;Plan and execute policy-dialogue activities with GoSS, stakeholders, Private sector parties and CSOs.Ensure timely program planning, implementation and reporting.Supervise and build the capacity of staff and ensure that they meet individual and project targets/objectives.Collaborate with partners to ensure all information is tracked according to program needs and donor requirements.Represent IIRR at the relevant cluster meetings and Working Groups, focused coordination forums and platforms.Support capacity building of local partners for quality project implementation.Contribute to appropriate project tracking and knowledge management systems for all activities;Identify program areas for improvement and design appropriate and sustainable solutions;Provide regular monitoring of and technical support for implementing partners;Identify public, non-profit and private organizations for cross learning for the development and implementation of resilience and food security programs;Liaise with head office staff for learning and quality program leadership.

Supported youths in the four counties of western Kenya to form a SACCO that enabled over 500,000 youths access credit and establish viable enterprises on various sectors. Developed and facilitated low literacy micro-finance and micro-enterprise trainings for over 40 0,000 young women from Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga and Kakamega County. Oversaw the growth, development and sustainability of CBF Network and SACCO in terms of membership numbers, quality in participation in network activities, outreach processes are undertaken by youth network members and enhanced civic education activities. Responded and supported youth led requests to WI in the implementation of activities within the project framework and capacity building needs/gaps in Governance & Leadership, Workforce Development, Enterprise Development and public private partnership development. Assisted youth organizing platforms to prepare and present monthly requests emanating from Village Youth Bunges in every sub-county and reviewed at CBF level and brokered public private partnerships to support program goals. Guided 5000 youth groups to develop business plans for income generating projects.
