My responsibilities included the preparation of income tax returns for several companies including the state returns in over 30 states. In addition, I managed the automation and integration of numerous processes, and the conversion of several Accounting Platforms. The company was sold in 2009 to a Private Equity Firm and the headquarters moved to California in 2011.
