Ensure timely monthly reporting and investigation of accidents/incidents through global companywide reporting system. Support the OpCo in ensuring prompt and thorough root cause investigation.7. Liaison with local or national safety authorities, fire authorities and other governmental bodies as required.

1.Management of Asset Inspection maintenance system in line with Industry requirements2.Supervise and manage consumables & Operational activities within the workshop and ensure Safety Requirements are adhered to at all times.3.Coordinate allocated projects within the Terminal4.Timely scheduling of Asset Inspection and Maintenance in line with industrial requirement.5.Ensure sufficient supply of fittings and or equipment parts are in stock to maintain all Terminal Assets and equipment in the Facility.6.Avoid Adhoc or unplanned maintenance on terminal asset/equipment that will also escalate cost of repairs due to urgency to get the equipment/asset in a serviceable state.7.Up to date, accurate recording & reporting of Asset Inspection Maintenance system & Diving.8.provision to assist in designs and manage project administration on any maintenance related project.9.To provide support on the development and implementation of Capex initiated projects and assist the Finance team in updating the Asset Register.10.Recommend and work with approved contractors and suppliers.11.Compile and Organise the scope of work for any maintenance and, arrange contractor based n SPOL OPS requirements and manages the Contractor in the terms set forth by the SWP.12. Prioritising demands on major revex expenditures to ensure smart spending on AIMS maintenance and ensure assets are in service.13.Manage the Diving Team and maintain required records14.Charge out Diving Charges in accordance to activities undertaken for Clients.15.Close out high-risk maintenance according to recommendations.16.Timely submission of AIMS reports, due 5 days after EOM.17.Manage the AIMS data/Documents & Filing System.18.Other tasks and duties as directed by the Terminal Operations Manager.19.Responsible for Training SPO fire Team & fire Extinguishers training, including conducting of the Fire Extinguishers Inspections.20.Report PINM monthly21.Close out areas of responsibilty on HSSE OPS Plan
