Position held - Regional Food and Beverage manager for Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo provincesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implement Strategic Food and Beverage (F&B) plans in line with Business Plans. Effective Management of existing Fast Food Outlets in different provinces, ensuring outlets deliver on product quality, exceptional customer service and maintain good housekeeping practices. Opening of new Fast Food outlets in different provinces of South Africa. Instrumental in the costing exercises of existing recipes and the generation of new recipes. Maintaining a database of cost effective suppliers/vendors. Generation of F&B standard operating procedures and protocols. Implementing marketing strategies to ensure that outlets generate sustainable revenues. Daily reporting to National Office on Branch stock, end of day variances and Sales generation and also ensure timeous submission of daily, weekly, monthly F&B reports. Consistently applying disciplinary practices in line with business and HR requirements. Manage F&B outlets Managers, Supervisors and staff. Establish performance standard and conduct performance reviews. Ensure superior customer service and customer experience throughout the region and pro-actively address customer complaints and ensure positive customer feedback. Work closely with Regional Betting Managers and Betting Branch Manager to ensure good customer experience in order to attracts and retain customers/punters.Resigned from the above mentioned organisation to pursue entrepreneurial adventure in supply chain management.
