Maintenance, I was in charge of three sites for the London office they were HSBC, MLFC & JP Morgan regular site visits for Monthly SQL backups and six months review of the Preventive Maintenance this including Server Maintenance, Analogy and digital line checks, Voice quality checks, Hardware checks for the SB534 and VCM and make sure all paper work and in house database is up to date.Installation, of the SB543 required a lot of project work between the Customer, Line Provider, Project Manager, Account Manager and yourself, you need to make sure Network ports are open, IP Address are right, Line setting are right, site survey and Etc. I have had three High profile overseas install, Lehman Brother, Moscow (This was the same time Lehman went into bankruptcy), Morgan Stanley Moscow & Geneva.Installation and support for the iSeries and iTurret, this include Network drawing, IP address, Multicast address, Bandwidth calculation and sometime configuring the customs network, Avaya PBX and SIP Server. I also help with the validation of the new iTurret (Id808 Dealer board).Fault finding and troubleshooting for faults, which includes, Analogy 4 wire lines, Digital Line T1 and E1 (Lines Down), Power outage and complete loss of services. Phone support for customer as well as Speakerbus Engineer around the world 24/7. Local site visits to Morgan Stanley, MLFC, RBS, ABN, HSBC, ING, Citigroup and JP Morgan.
