As manager I drove the store profitability by fostering a retail sales atmosphere by modeling C.O.T.E. behaviors and training all staff to achieve Certification of the Dream. This action caused the store to reach 100.4% of projected budget for 2007 while keeping HTSG under 100% in a mall location. By implementing PCE and Connect Meetings with the sub-lease Doctor, I was able to overcome some major issues that the store was having before I stepped in .This is seen in the result of a 100% mystery shop in the 4th Qt of 2007 and the most recent shop of 98%.The Doctor has gone on to lease a second unit and has received favorable mystery shops there also.As the Region 925 Diversity Captain I have Coached and Influenced strong results for the region. I have also been appointed to the Territory Diversity Panel.Partnering with the Region, I have been involved in Doctor recruiting , am a member of the recruiting team, a sub captain for MVC local events, buddied with a DOC store during there conversion, worked the GOS Vision Van and lead the region on the ATR initiative.
