    • I received the project requisition form from the customer & study the project. Talk to the customer to prioritize the project and get the signature. • Compile a user requirements specification. • Draw up work break down; negotiate with other departmental managers for the resources required from them. • Organize a meeting with the relevant resources to divide the task and get the commitment from the team members involved. • Conduct project investigation where the necessary measurements tools are applied like time study, observation method, facility layout etc. • Compile a report to the management for approval. • Negotiate the quotations with the contractors if needed. • Select the suitable one then implement the project.• Prepare the capital expenditure for particular projects and get signatures and then submit for payments.
