    I lead the team in the implementation of social cohesion and protection component of integrated life saving, protection program funded by the US Department of State and the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) addressing needs of Sudanese refugees and the host community . Key Achievements-★ I spearheaded the creation of two concept notes and one full proposal on protection programs for at-risk individuals (refugees and host committees) within four months, including civil society organisations’ mapping.★ I participated in the IRC Strategy Action Plan (SAP) power / peace / protection outcome review and reporting and IRC South Sudan Protection Strategy Review.★ I initiated and implemented client feedback mechanism incorporating two reactive and three proactive feedback channels reaching out to 50 people per week, including closing feedback loops for peer service providers and external agencies (including UNHCR) for peace building for at-risk populations - $1.5M BPRM-funded project.★ I built the Safe Programming team encompassing law, psycho-social support, and life / business skills officers to provide protection services targeting 40,000 indirect beneficiaries made up of 200 youth, 100 women, and 40 community leaders.★ I coordinated the successful training and mentoring of 200 refugee and host community youth using IRC’s evidence based Learn to Earn life skills, entrepreneurship, and employment readiness.★ I represented the IRC in key Communication and Community Engagement to build global humanitarian commitment toward Peace Building and Social Cohesion.★ I directly improved the capacity and skills of key field program managers and supervisors (12 people) in Client Responsiveness and Program Context Adaptability.★ I developed and conducted training for 21 direct reports on project management, protection monitoring and mainstreaming, project documentation, community dialogue, and reporting.
