My duties included training event coordinators, sales staff, scheme champions and consulting with regional directors all things CRM. I delivered regular communications and system updates to all regions. I travelled nationally to train staff and provided online remote support and training via 1-2-1 sessions and online classrooms. This was a contract using my earlier skills as an IT trainer. I reported to the Operations Director.

However, my main focus was delivering Web TV platforms and wed design and development projects that required a fast turnaround.

This includes user training and project proposal presentation, project documenting, vendor selection and account management. I led the Beauty multi-channel/platform VOD & EPG project . I reported directly to the Head of Software Development and Media Technology.

Responsibilities: Working at board level: I was given PM duties due to my capabilities. My task was to assemble a virtual workforce and manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. I negotiated third party supplier SLA’s, adhered to budgets, coordinated the efforts of creative staff, internal developers and deployed upgraded software and online landing pages. I managed the creative process for branding and user experience. I was a strong communicator building the bridge between the business, marketing, the data delivery team and the online development team. I used my highly analytical skills to provide business solutions to business processes, logistical issues and operations. I supported this task with the aid of business process modelling tools, critical paths plans, project documents and ad other hoc plans. I represented the project at board meetings, took part in daily Scrum meetings and published regular status reports to relevant stakeholders. My role required me to get involved in User Interface Design processes (for web and software applications) in line with the overall tone of the company’s brand and retail services. Alongside producing the PID for the main project I prepared scenario test plans and for the web/software projects. I assisted 360 system testing and UAT. I also presented train the trainer sessions at conferences and user end training, producing all presentation user guide materials.
