And also We have successfully set up an Bank IT development standard and an AGILE/DEVOPS process to support the change delivery of banking architecturing, designing, building, Auto Test platform, Auto deployment, Operation using the distributed Sync and Async Microservices architecture framework.And also leading a team to set up DEVOPS team and system to support DEVOPS process in Bank of Ireland. Based on Amazon Cloud Solution (AWS) PAAS, the change delivery team has not only continuous integration but also continuous delivery and testing for any change to Bank’s digital platform. It hugely shorten the change to Market from 6-12 month to 2-4 weeks. Using Mulesoft API management Platform to build PSD2 open API after evaluating Apigee, IBM API connect, Red Hat 3scale API and Mulesoft API Management Platform.

AML/KYC Auto application processing Platform) have been delivered in BOI banking System. The digitalization in channels double BOI customers’transactions and treble BOIcustomers’ traffic thanks to the new distributed Service Architecture. And also I have lead in designing a total digitized modern Core banking System CBS and move away from traditional banking Mainframe platform. CBS makes easier to deliver the modern, digital and intelligent Marketing demands in the future banking industry. As IT Architect, my daily responsibility is to direct BOI Banking advance Technology Trend: applying AGILE/DEVOPS in Change Delivery process, applying BOI private Cloud architecture in Test environment, applying MongoDB/Hadoop Big Data architecture in customer profile data, applying CQRS/REST/AMQP Microservices architecture in BOI Service Models, applying adaptive security architecture; and evaluation blockchain technology using in Banking, evaluating Chatbot / digital twin technologies in customer service, evaluating IOT technology in banking and evaluation fully implementing Cloud and Big Data Architecture in Production.
