    Hired as Management trainee at the Griffin plant then promoted to Plant Chemist position. As a trainee I learned all of the production jobs and how to operate all the equipment and processes. Transferred to the North Bay, Ontario plant as Quality Control and Training Instructor for training operators during the new plant start up. Transferred to the Concord, NH plant as Quality Control manager. Transferred to the Spartanburg, SC plant as second shift supervisor, then promoted to Plant Superintendent. Transferred to the Ruston, LA plant as Plant Superintendent. Worked on ISO 9000 qualification team for Stowe Woodward and Mount Hope. Worked as supervisor over the Mount Hope repair operation and served as the Plant Engineer also. Promoted to corporate office in Westboro, MA as Manufacturing Engineer for Stowe Woodward. Was promoted to Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Moved to the Griffin, GA before the sell of the company in 2000.
