    Led, managed, and administered all academic departments including the library system, the registrar, and 16 satellite campuses located at community colleges and military installations in six states. Had oversight responsibility for recruiting, hiring, retention, performance, promotion and tenure of all faculty. Initiated, obtained accreditation for, and successfully launched graduate programs in business and education leading to, in part, the re-designation of the 110 year old college as a university in 1999. Today, Saint Leo University offers more than 40 academic degree and certificate programs to more than 15,000 students and continues to be one of the largest providers of higher education to military service members in the United States.
