    I worked as a Project Manager on the Vodacom C3D transformation programme and was responsible for the migration of customer and inventory records from the Vodacom legacy systems to the Oracle RODOD stack. Our migration solution partners were Accenture Spain and India. The program's objective was to replace Vodacom’s billing and CRM systems with the Oracle RODOD stack. The project presented the following challenges: • Complex migration solution that involved 4 teams across 3 continents.• The large numbers of subscribers and inventory that had to be migrated.• Subscribers being migrated had to enjoy uninterrupted service. • Very limited migration windows and opportunities were approved by business.
