    Established a program to provide information and education to the broad community regarding behavioral health issues for older adults, requesting a confidential referral to a social service agency when a senior was observed to be in difficulty. Trained social workers provide a free follow up as possible to help seniors remain safely in their own homes. This is the first state-wide Gatekeeper Program in the U.S. and I am the consultant to other agencies in the state.I maintain a small private psychotherapy practice as well.
