The Web based software (eGordian®) and the Construction Task Catalog® is the delivery method to Procure Rehabilitation Construction Projects, Emergency Projects, New Construction Projects and Facility Maintenance.Job Order Contracting (JOC) is all about efficiency and value. Every day, organizations struggle with the need to procure quality construction, in a timely fashion, and at a competitive price. What JOC does is enable you to focus on completing projects instead of getting bogged down in the procurement process every time out. Job Order Contracting enables you to accomplish a large number of small and medium-sized projects with a single, competitively bid contract based on a set of customized, pre-priced construction tasks. It eliminates the time and expense of completing the normal design-bid-construct cycle for each project, thereby allowing you to decrease project duration and cost, while at the same time increasing quality and efficiency.
