Negotiated contract with private aircraft owner to airlift goods and charter personnel flights from Kenya to Somalia.Negotiated with USAID, to reposition and reallocate 20,000 MTs of food that were already sea-bound for Somalia, to other country programs, Undertook evacuation of expatriates from Somalia, at height of increased insecurity.
