Cross-border initiatives for refugees in Guinea Conakry and the Ivory Coast. Negotiated for safe humanitarian corridor for safe passage of staff and goods to project sides.Participated in UN Security and INGO Consortium meetings, contributing to the preparation of public statements requesting respect of human rights, in line with Geneva conventions.

Managed all banking transactions, operational budget planning and management, Financial reporting and HR.Negotiated and obtained private funding to secure air transportation from Kenya to Somalia, in view of border closure and lack of commercial transportation. Negotiated contract with private aircraft owner to airlift goods and charter personnel flights from Kenya to Somalia.Negotiated with USAID, to reposition and reallocate 20,000 MTs of food that were already sea-bound for Somalia, to other country programs, Undertook evacuation of expatriates from Somalia, at height of increased insecurity.
