    e-Commerce Projects:The team I managed implemented the accounts first true web hosting environment. This allowed the customer to communicate with its suppliers and business partners globally in a B2B environment. I Managed a team of over 20 employees to design and implement a secure firewall network which included test and production environments housing 14 servers. Productivity Projects:I Managed a team of over 20 employees, and 5 third party contractors to implement the accounts first LAN based camera, DVR security system for multiple plant installations. This allowed for security surveillance and video retention to be installed on the plant’s local area network. This project produced a savings of over $ 1.8 M for 60 Kraft locations.I Managed a team of 8 people to complete the migration of 2 legacy Kronos Attendance Time Tracker Systems to a centralized IBM AS/400. Savings of over $ 750,000.00 were realized by this migration.
