End result was project implemented on time and budget with HR able to move successfully to the new shared services model. Team of over 50 people was composed of internal and external resources, IT people from many disciplines. Created RFPs, engaged and selected needed vendors, developed systems strategy, roadmaps, adoption strategy, budgets, project plans.
