Smith specializing in the leasing of existing and new development projects. Wright completed more than 200 transactions since joining Vornado/Charles E. Smith and created more than $200 million in value.Major assignments include the repositioning of the luxury Fairfax Square development in Tysons Corner Virginia, the programming and conceptualization of the street retail and shopping mall at Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia and conceptualization and leasing of a new restaurant focused retail development at the Skyline project in Falls Church, Virginia. Wright has been responsible for some of the most prolific deals in the market including the new Whole Foods Store in Pentagon City, Techshop in Crystal City, Earthtreks and the new AMC Theatre in Courthouse.
