    The Minnesota Dakotas chapter of the CFF is the 5th largest chapter in the country and hosts 18 budgeted events each year. As the AED of the chapter I play a major role in all chapter activities, campaigns, and fundraising. Currently our focus is on recruitment of new Board of Director members and rolling out our new Milestones 3 major giving campaign. We believe that a healthy Board equals a healthy chapter. I helped guide hiring decisions especially as we rebuilt our team with high performers who have all increased engagement with our core group of families and contributors. I have grown our young professional programs by over 250%, building a strong recruitment pipeline for future Board members. I manage and mentor 3 of our 8 teammates and oversee the Dakotas budget line along with part of Minnesota. I work closely with the ED on strategic planning and budgeting for all events and volunteer engagement initiatives.
