Liaised with CHRO and n-3 HR leaders on design and development of deliverables. Project led to establishment and integration of competencies amongst different job families to inform learning and succession planning activities.- Led assessment project to determine potential CEO successors and overall bench-strength at n-2 and n-3 levels for regional utility company. Project identified a number of positions with poor to zero successors being able to cover immediate attrition requirements and thereby triggered establishment of top 30 leaders’ development program. - Developed and implemented business strategy for non-KSA MENA markets across Mercer’s different service offerings including revenue projection, cost analysis, and workforce planning.
