    Teaching and researching business information systems, with a particular focus on the governance, design and use of decision support and business intelligence systems. I designed and delivered high quality education courses in information management and design and managerial decision support at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and was nominated multiple times for the Monash Postgraduate Association's Lecturer of the Year award. I provided leadership as the course director for the Master of Business Information Systems for five years, leading the team that designed the course and helped set educational policy for the Faculty of IT through the Graduate Programs Committee. My research work investigated governance, ethics and information management issues related to the use of technology to support organisational decision making.
