As a research fellow, I initiated and drove a cross-country study on sustainability in supply chain management practices amongst small and medium-sized business across Africa. Co-managed a research budget of US$ 30,000 over a two-year period. The project has led to generation on new knowledge on sustainable practices, with multiple academic presentations on the subject and publications in the pipeline.
