At CSP I bring all the internal staff and external member-facing elements of the EDI work into one coherent strategy with clear aims, objectives, performance indicators and milestones, to complement their corporate strategy.Whilst project managing the development of the EDI Strategy, I develop a comprehensive project plan which identifies clearly the project scope, key milestones, budget, risks, issues, resources and stakeholders. My priorities include:• Provide advice and guidance on EDI best practice with the CSP as required to inform our plans, work and impact assessments.• Identify, monitor and actively manage/mitigate risks to delivery of the project - adapting the plan where required in response to emerging risks.• Develop a communications plan for the project – working closely with our communications team and manage staff and member communications - to engage, maintain momentum and keep all informed of project progress.• Establish an internal and external reference group to ensure the EDI Strategy is informed by their view and perspectives. Engage members in SWOT analysis and create reports with the results to inform the strategy and prioritise future work.• Drive the empowerment of Diversity Networks and build trust with staff and regulated members, basing the approach in a collaborative approach that considers lived experiences, particular needs and expectations and the directions of the Equality Act.
