As the Partnerships Coordinator at Urban College of Boston, my role is to support all aspects of the College's strategic initiative to increase student enrollment by developing high-impact collaborations with community partners to provide UCB courses throughout Boston and Massachusetts. UCB is the only college in the area to offer Early Childhood Education courses in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Portuguese. A great part of my time is dedicated at different community sites, in the "field" meeting with potential and current partners, conducting outreach and information and registration sessions for prospective students, and periodically visiting partner-site classes.
